教育背景

1992年毕业于第二军医大学护理学专业，获学士学位

1999年获第二军医大学护理学硕士学位

2006年获第二军医大学社会医学与卫生事业管理专业博士学位

教学及科研情况

承担“护理科研原则与方法”、“护理学导论”“质性研究的理论与实践”、“人本视角下的创业实践”“护理学科发展前沿”等课程的教学。担任人卫社十三五研究生规划教材《护理理论》主编。参与《Pediatric Oncology Nursing: Defining Care Through Science》、《Giving Through Teaching: How Nurse Educators Are Changing the World》、《肿瘤护理学》、《老年护理学》等专著的编写。

研究课题包括癌症幸存者自我健康管理系列研究、患者报告结局、基于移动医疗智慧护理干预的慢病管理及老年护理、基于大数据分析的精准护理系列研究等。近年来获国家自然科学基金、美国癌症协会（ONS）科研基金、上海市自然科学基金、国际合作基金、上海市科委软科学研究基金等课题20余项，以第一或通讯作者发表论文270余篇，其中SCI收录论文53篇。指导博士后3名，硕士或博士研究生40余人，其中，2位硕士研究生获上海市优硕，5位博士研究生获国家留学基金委项目资助，1位博士研究生获澳洲“奋进研究学者”奖学金。

学术任职

现任复旦大学护理学院教授，复旦大学护理学院患者体验研究中心主任，患者报告结局国际联盟中国中心(PNC-China)负责人。兼任中国优生优育协会护理学专委会主任委员、中国生命关怀协会人文护理专业委员会副主任委员、中国卫生信息与健康医疗大数据学会护理学分会副主任委员、上海市抗癌协会肿瘤护理专委会副主任委员、上海市中西医结合护理专委会副主任委员等。担任《Cancer Nursing》、《Journal of Advanced Nursing》、《解放军护理杂志》、《护理学杂志》等多本国内外护理期刊编委及同行评议专家。曾入选上海市浦江人才计划，获军队育才银奖、个人三等功、上海市三八红旗手标兵、全国三八红旗手、复旦大学“钟扬式好老师”，连续入选2018、2019、2020年爱思唯尔（Elsevier）中国高被引学者。
